9 A.I. Tools For Copywriters, Digital Marketers & Content Creators

Well, looks like this will be my last blog post…

Looks like it’s time to retire your laptops and go back to your soul-numbing 9-5.

Looks like we’re all doomed… because robots have replaced us.

I mean, this guy on TikTok says so. So it must be true, right?

WRONG

Hey Posse! What’s up? It’s Alex.

And if you’re new to the crew, welcome!

On my blog, you’ll find hundreds of tutorials on all things digital marketing, copywriting, branding, entrepreneurship, and more. So if you’re looking to start or grow your online business, go ahead and subscribe to my newsletter to stay in the loop.

Alright – now let’s have some real talk.

AI… what is the deal and what does it mean for copywriters, digital marketers and content creators out there?

Are we all doomed?

Ok, Posse the truth is this…

Yes – A.I. technology is out there and it is getting better…

And as the great Seth Godin and I once chatted about, it is already replacing mediocre content creation and copywriting.

That is the truth.

But I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, A.I. is a tool. It is not a total take over.

Is it replacing some writing, yes.

But great copywriters do SOOOOO much more than just writing words on a page.

Great copywriters are MORE than just copy-writers. We are also marketers, storytellers, and strategists…

We take the time to deeply understand the market and customers, we plan complex launches and mastermind the perfect positioning. We are artists of our craft who put in the extra time, work, and effort that it takes to transform a piece of writing from good to great

So yeah, A.I. can certainly spit out copy that’s just as good as what an average writer could do…

But I hope you’re not here to be average.

All the best (and most highly-paid) copywriters know how to tell relatable stories, create emotional resonance, and build relationships. In a way that no A.I tool ever could. The technology is just not there yet

And in my opinion, it won’t be for a very long time.

So instead of being afraid of it, or using it as an excuse to never get started…

You should be focused on honing your skills and getting even better at what you do.

So no, this definitely will not be my last blog post and I definitely do not think you should retire your laptop or give up on your creative dreams. Rather, start working with A.I., instead of fighting against it.

Use it as a tool to do what you do more quickly and efficiently.

Whether it’s helping you streamline your processes, sparking new ideas, or cutting your work time in half…

There are some amazing tools out there that I personally couldn’t live without.

So in this blog, I’m going to share with you 9 awesome A.I. tools you can utilize in your business – to help you work smarter, not harder.

#1 – Descript

Descript is an audio & video editing tool that can help you streamline the editing process and makes creating video content a breeze.

Its key features include:

  • A fully powered podcast editor that has remote recording capabilities, along with collaboration and audiograms…
  • Screen and webcam recording that’s easy to edit and share…
  • Incredibly accurate automatic transcription…
  • And of course – video editing that makes it super simple to add titles, animation, music, and more.

Now, onto the next one…

#2 – ManyChat

Here’s an A.I. tool that we LOVE here at The Posse.

If you follow us on Instagram (@copyposse) then you’ve probably met Benny the Posse Bot. Benny sends out quick DMs and responses to those looking for links and resources! To do this, we utilize this amazing A.I. tool called ManyChat

It uses keywords to help you automate conversations. It’s super simple to set up and makes lead generation a BREEZE.

For example:

Using this tool we’re able to engage with the Posse and send out crazy valuable info instantly. How cool is that?

Okay, next up…

#3 – Wix ADI

We’ve probably all heard of Wix before – a platform that helps you create your own personal or business website.

Now, depending on your design skill level, you can create a website from scratch, work with templates, OR if you’re completely design illiterate (and don’t want to hire a website designer)…

You can utilize Wix’s newest addition…

Wix Artificial Design Intelligence (ADI). With Wix ADI, all you need to do is enter in some basic information on what you want your website to include along with some design preferences

And BOOM – you’ve a custom-made, professional-looking website that’s specific to YOU. And can save you tons of time, energy, money and stress.

Okay, on to number 4…

#4 – Evolv AI

This tool, Evolv AI, can cut the time it takes to figure out a winning angle by MONTHS.

Typically, you’d have to split test two different angles or hooks (also called A/B testing)…

And wait weeks or even months to see which angle performed better…

But this tool can test all your ideas at once to identify the top performer instantly.

And it will even combine different concepts together in a new and unique way to help you get the most out of your funnel.

#5 – Grammarly

Here’s another tool that I personally use religiously.

Grammarly is an AI-powered writing app that you can add as an extension on your laptop or computer.

It’s great for writers like me (who have too many thoughts, write them out too fast, and make too many errors doing it)…

This tool will proofread everything you write, and help you edit in real time.

Detecting everything from grammar errors to structure and formatting to misused or missing punctuations.

And what’s even cooler about Grammarly is that it even knows how to edit for specific genres.

Next up…

#6 – BuzzSumo

If you’ve been around here for a while, then you’ve probably heard me talk about this one before…

BuzzSumo is an AI content marketing tool that helps you come with popular topic ideas and long-tail keywords.

It shows you a list of all the most popular headlines for that topic, ranked by the number of social shares.

This is great if your focus is engagement and you want to know what blog topics get people to hit that share button!

BuzzSumo helps you identify the most relevant topics to keep your content fresh and even identifies top hashtags, trends, and new content from other players in your niche or industry.

Alright, number 7…

 #7Rev.ai

Another A.I. tool we use all the time here at The Posse…

Rev.ai is a speech-to-text API that we love to use to transcribe all our videos, podcasts, and training into text.

It’s great because you can transcribe your audio to text in real-time – on a LIVE call…

And it will even identify the key topics within the text for you!

Another reason I really love this tool is because you have the option to use the A.I. technology OR a human, if you want more accuracy.

On to the next one…

#8 – Wordtune

Wordtune is an A.I. tool that will take what you write and give you options of different ways you can say or phrase it.

And like Grammarly, you can add an extension on your laptop or computer, so that you can use this tool whenever you need it.

Whether you’re trying to write a perfectly worded email to a potential client…

Or looking for a better way to phrase your social media caption.

All you do is highlight the text you want to give a tune-up, and select the option you like most.

#9 – Market Muse

This is an A.I. tool that will help you get ranked in Google!

Market Muse uses AI, deep learning, and machine learning to help you optimize content for search engines – which is great for all of us novice SEO people.

But not only does Market Muse identify the best keywords to help your website rank…

It also compares your content to thousands of other articles that were written on the same topic.

Which can reveal gaps or any information you might be missing from your website.

Alright, posse. That’s all I got for you.

Remember, A.I. is here to make our lives EASIER, but they aren’t perfect and should never be relied on 100%.

Always, always use your best discretion and judgment before publishing or moving forwards with an A.I. produced content or copy.

And no matter what – keep learning with the Posse so you can hone your marketing skills, improve your copywriting and stand out from the crowd.

I hope you found this helpful. And until next time, I’m Alex. Ciao for now!

Hi Alex, do you have a tip on a AI copywriting course that would be really helpful?
I am only starting to use AI in copywriting (the way you teach in your videos and I found out that it really helps, but I am new to giving prompts) as in my language – in the Czech republic – AI is nearly useless.
    Thanks for any tips.
